States were given until November 30, 2019 to submit Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) good faith effort exemption requests to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The vast majority of states and territories have received approval and will not be subject to federal medical assistance percentage (FMAP) reductions until 2021.
On Wednesday, February 26th from 2-3 PM (EST), Applied Self-Direction will host a webinar to explore the reasons provided by states to CMS for encountering unavoidable delays to implementing EVV by 2020, specifically examining trends impacting multiple states.
This webinar is open to the public. There is no cost to attend, but attendance is limited to the first 500 registrants. You can register here.
