Stories of Self-Direction
People with lived experience are in the best position to talk about the freedom and independence self-direction has brought to their lives. During this session, people who self-direct will share their stories including:
- how self-direction changed their lives;
- advice for others thinking about self-directing;
- strategies to address the workforce crisis; and
- what they wish state personnel and Financial Management Services (FMS) providers knew about self-direction.
Wednesday, April 19th from 2-3 PM (EST)
Registration is free but attendance is limited to the first 500 participants. You can register here.
