VDC Person-Centered Practices and Invoicing Strategies

During this session, the US Department of Veterans Affairs described effective person-centered practices for Veteran-Directed Care (VDC) including the development of spending plans, monthly service reports, and monitoring expectations. The session described how these practices are critical to successful VDC billing and invoicing requirements. Attendees also received critical reminders and guidance for VDC billing and invoicing processes. This session was designed for current VDC program staff and partners.
